I captured this adorable Western Grey Kangaroo Joey on Kangaroo Island. It was taking some time out of its mothers pouch eating some grasses and stretching its legs.
The Kangaroo Island Kangaroo is a sub-species of the Western Grey Kangaroo. They are shorter and stockier and have darker chocolate-brown coloured fur, than the mainland species.
